WHY MUSIC FOR YOUR CHILD?

Baby Piano supports early childhood development, future learning skills and an appreciation for music that provides intense joy and creates friendships.

In a child’s early years, music lessons are an incredible multi-sensory way to connect a child to their imagination, creativity, self-confidence, and boost communication skills.

In our preschool program, children learn to play songs on the piano, to sing and dance to those songs and to work towards the goal of a performance for their family, where they can proudly show what they have learned.

OUR PROGRAMS

STEP 1

For children 2 years to 3 years old, with parent/caregiver. This is a 40 min class of singing, exploring the baby pianos and age appropriate table activities.

STEP 2

For children 3 to 4 years old without parent/caregiver. One hour of fun-filled music class that engages your little ones head to toe!

STEP 3

For children 4 to 5 years that builds on any previous foundation. It introduces kids to different instrument families. This class prepares your child for the next stage of one on one lessons.

MUSIC AND ME

Babies instinctively react to music and are just beginning to explore the world around them. In this class, parents & babies learn delightful rhymes, floor and lap games and action songs

MEET MELISSA

FOUNDER AND TEACHER

After teaching music to over 200 children in the last 15 years through private lessons, Melissa founded Baby Piano lessons for kids 5 years ago, when she noticed an opportunity for group learning to bring music to young children in a structured, educational and fun way. As a mother, musician and teacher, Melissa appreciates the positive impact music education has on children 2 to 5 years old to enhance their development. The program’s success has been enjoyed and loved by many families and especially her young students.
